As a buyer, you have an extensive duty to inspect. You are obligated to notify Budtorget if, upon collection of the auction item, you find that the item significantly deviates from the presented auction documentation. Note that this must be done before the item leaves the site.

Items designated as repair objects or spare part objects cannot be claimed. Passenger cars and light trucks with an estimated value below 49,000 SEK are classified as repair/spare part objects and thus cannot be claimed.

Note that all items are located at the seller's premises.
